Payment on account
The payment on account serves as a „caparra confirmatoria“ (Italien Civil Law, Art. 1385) and will be set-off with the full rate of the arrangement.Booking
The booking procedure is completed after we accepted the booking request. In this case we are going to sent a written "booking confirmation". Without this booking confirmation the offered rooms will not be reserved.Reverse of booking / entry
In case of reverse of the booking / entry during 4 weeks before the arrival, we will ask 80% of the total arrangement – price.In case of reverse of the booking with more than 4 weeks from arrival date, we will ask 30% of the total arrangement – price.
